DIRECTOR, ADVISOR GROWTH

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Advisor Growth to lead efforts in enhancing the performance and capabilities of our Wealth Advisors.

Working in tandem with TMG's Director of Talent and Development, this role is responsible for implementing comprehensive development opportunities and training strategies aimed at cultivating talent, promoting professional growth, and driving business success. The Director of Advisor Growth will also serve as a coach, providing guidance, support, and resources to TMG Advisors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop training content and facilitate knowledge-sharing that focuses on best practices for client relationship management, business development, and developing advisors skillsets.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Talent and Development to identify training needs, design curriculum, execute initiatives, and evaluate program effectiveness leveraging TMG's L&D framework.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to Wealth Advisors to support continuous improvement and professional development that aligns with Company goals and deliverables.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of advisor development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in advisor development.
  • Become a power user of advisor technology platforms (Salesforce, eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Orion).
  • Partner with other functions to facilitate effective communication and collaboration with the goal of maximizing efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to TMG's Executive Leadership Team.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant professional work experience
  • A proven track record of designing and implementing successful advisor development initiatives that drive business results.
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing wealth advisors to achieve goals.
  • Prior experience as a Wealth Advisor highly desired.
  • CFP® or another relevant advisor credential.
  • Strong understanding of the RIA space, investment products, and financial markets.
  • Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in an entrepreneurial environment.
