As the main point of contact, will actively communicate with clients on a daily basis, providing advice on cash flows/tax planning strategies, estate/insurance issues, identify investment goals/retirement planning needs and implement recommendations with assistance of support staff. In addition, this position will meet with referrals in their territory and effectively close sales with the support of a leading financial planning team.

Director of Marketing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to position the company as a leader within the RIA space.
  • Cultivate and maintain a strong brand presence by overseeing the development of compelling marketing collateral, messaging, and brand guidelines.
  • Lead efforts to identify and target key prospects within the RIA community, implementing innovative campaigns to generate leads and drive client acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful content, thought leadership pieces, and educational materials that showcase our expertise.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media campaigns, to enhance our online presence and engagement.
  • Strategize and execute participation in industry events, conferences, and sponsorships to elevate our profile and build relationships within the RIA community.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance our standing and influence within the RIA space.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Minimum ten years of relevant professional experience with at least 5 years being in a senior marketing role, preferably within the financial services industry and specifically wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of the RIA space, investment products, and financial markets preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies, including the use of video marketing.
  • Experience and proven track record of success developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing technologies and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
