ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Senior Client Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional client service and flawless execution on client and prospective client requests, inquiries, and transactions and providing solutions where appropriate
  • Acting as point of contact for all client interactions, working with internal business partners to ensure a timely and accurate response to all client questions and concerns
  • Managing account transition and opening process across for new and existing clients; Responsibilities include collection and population of account-specific information, organizing executed documentation from clients, researching and resolving issues with missing/incomplete information, security / cash transfers, etc.
  • Ensure smooth account transition process and accurate implementation of investment decisions, working closely with various departments within the firm
  • Delivering customized service to clients seeking a personalized high-touch relationship
  • Managing Relationship Management team’s daily work volumes and transactions accurately across multiple custodians, within established deadlines, and in accordance with existing policies and procedures
  • Researching, following up, and escalating client issues and problems through effective interaction with clients and internal business partners in a timely and professional manner
  • Effectively collaborating with respective client facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and execute client transactions with a common goal of providing exceptional service
  • Adhering to and maintaining the firm’s control policies and procedures and FINRA/SEC regulations, as well as protecting client documentation against potentially fraudulent activity
  • Protecting confidential client documentation by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects to improve firm operational efficiency and fulfill compliance requirements
  • Deliver effective written and verbal communication to financial advisors, internal departments, and firm leaders
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years professional experience
  • Previous experience in a Client Service Associate role at a RIA or brokerage house
  • Strong track record of achievement and meeting/exceeding ambitious targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A motivated, self-started looking for a place to grow your career
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
